Website Use: This website is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. Information on the website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

Online Reservations: Online reservations do not guarantee availability. All rentals are subject to an executed Container Lease Agreement.

Stored Property Not Insured: WOOD STORAGE PARK DOES NOT INSURE CUSTOMER PROPERTY. CUSTOMERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR STORED PROPERTY.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Wood Storage Park is not a warehouseman. Wood Storage Park shall not be liable for loss of or damage to stored property arising from theft, burglary, fire, water, weather, mold, pests, vandalism, power failure, acts of third parties, or other causes beyond its reasonable control. Any liability shall be limited to one month's rent.

Texas Statutory Lien Notice: Pursuant to Texas Property Code Chapter 59, as amended, Wood Storage Park maintains a statutory lien on stored property for unpaid rent, fees, and charges. Access may be denied and property may be sold in accordance with applicable Texas law.

Indemnification: Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The BethKristi Company and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of use of the website, facility, or storage services.

Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond Its reasonable control, including natural disasters, utility failures, governmental actions, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

Governing Law and Venue: These Terms shall be governed by Texas law. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be in Wichita County, Texas, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Jury Trial Waiver: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PARTIES
WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

Severability: If any provision is determined unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the executed Container Lease Agreement, the Container Lease Agreement shall control.
